Caps offer complete sealing for minimal evaporation rate during long-term storage. Center of caps feature membrane for easy puncture and access with a syringe/needle. Once punctured, the opening can be useful for venting internal pressure during heating.

Vials and Wide Tip Inserts are made with first hydrolytic, Class A, Type-33 Clear, Borosilicate Glass. The insert has a 300ul total fill volume and a 4ul residual volume for many autosamplers and needles. The Write-On Patch and fill lines are ceramic and will resist smearing or scratching even when working with solvents. The Wide Tip Insert bottom depth, heights and alignment are designed, and QC controlled for maximum recovery and needle safety. First hydrolytic, Class A, pharmaceutical grade, Borosilicate Glass. Use with 8mm aluminum crimp caps, 8mm or 9mm push caps. These conical vials have serum finish tops that provide the best seal for chromatography, when used properly with correct aluminum crimp caps. These MicroVials have a conical outer shape and often need a holder / adapter to be used in an autosampler and will not stand by themselves.

The Aeroquip 16P850 hydraulic crimp fitting is made of steel and has a 1/4" NPT male inlet and a #8 SAE female outlet. It is designed for use in hydraulic systems with operating pressures up to 5000 psi and temperatures from -40°F to +250°F. The fitting has a zinc dichromate finish for corrosion resistance. It requires a hex crimping tool to properly secure the hose. This fitting provides a reliable connection method for attaching 1/4" NPT threaded components to #8 SAE hydraulic hose.
